Test How Much of Bias the Survey Results Can Withstand Before Loosing Statistical Validity

How it works:

It shows how various hypothetical levels of bias affect the results of survey questions by adjusting “bias multiplier” (k). Calculations with different k-values will show how hypothetical level of bias (k-value) will change the percentage of “yes…” answers to a survey question that is being tested (Support Level percentage).

For example:

  • k=1: No bias (matches actual Survey results representing the “Best-Case Scenario”)
  • k=3: Moderate bias (when nurses who didn’t respond are 3 times more likely to oppose by answering “No…”)
  • k>6: Matches “Worst-Case Scenario” (virtually 100% opposition)
