Conclusion: This result provides strong evidence that vast majority of our ICU nurses (including vast majority of our current Action Team members who completed this survey) strongly believe that every ICU nurse should be given an opportunity to learn the Action Team workflow and to perform in a role of Action Team RN. Their professional opinion re-enforces the crucial Ethical principles of Fairness and Equality ensuring that everyone is treated impartially and has equal opportunities, which in turn is very favorable to creation of more versatile and flexible nursing force in our ICU beneficial to our patients.

Even if for the sake of argument we re-calculate these results assuming maximum bias favoring those who oppose the rotation of Action Team assignment among all willing nurses working in our ICU, support for providing opportunity to all willing nurses to learn the workflow and to perform in a role of Action Team RN remains above 53% constituting Majority of all of our ICU nurses.
