Rationale:
The purpose of the Survey Question # 21 is to determine if any of our current Action Team nurses have any legitimate objection to providing an opportunity to other ICU nurses to learn the applicable workflow and to periodically perform in a role of Action Team RN. The Union has added this question to the Survey to consider and address all legitimate concerns of any our current Action Team nurses. Here is the question:
If you are a Member of our Action Team, do you have any objection to providing an opportunity to other nurses to learn applicable workflow and periodically perform in a role of Action Team RN?

| Choices | Response % | Response Count |
| Yes, I object to providing other nurses with an opportunity to learn applicable workflow and periodically perform in a role of Action Team RN | 0.9 % | 1 |
| No, I have no objection. Every ICU nurse should be provided with an opportunity to learn and periodically perform in a role of Action Team RN | 15.32 % | 17 |
| Not applicable. I am not a member of our Action Team | 83.78 % | 93 |
| Please provide a rationale for your answer (if any) or comment below | N/A | 8 |

Statistical Analysis: Only 1 (one) out of 18 (Eighteen) of our ATRNs have objected to providing other nurses with an opportunity to learn applicable workflow and periodically perform in a role of Action Team RN. Overwhelming majority of our current ATRNs who have completed this survey have no objections.
Currently we have total of 28 nurses who are allowed by management to practice in a role of Action Team RN. As shown above, 17 of them representing undisputable majority (slightly over 60% of current Action Team nurses) have no objection to providing an opportunity to learn and to periodically perform in a role of Action Team RN to other ICU nurses. So, even if for the sake of argument we assume that every one of 11 remaining current Action Team nurses are opposed to providing other nurses with an opportunity to learn and periodically perform in a role of Action Team RN (in other words even if we assume maximum bias favoring the opposition), the Supermajority of our current Action Team nurses (over 60%) supports providing other nurses with an opportunity to learn and to periodically perform in a role of Action Team RN.
