Despite 2 (two) recent Nationwide Class-1 Recalls involving BBraun Infusomat IV pumps issued by the US Food and Drug Administration on November 17, 2023 and on December 13, 2023, due to DEADLY design flaw causing “interruption to the infusion of high-risk medications” that may lead to “permanent impairment to body structures or body functions”, is “life-threatening”, and “may lead to death”, the Kaiser Permanente continues to use HIGHLY DEADLY BBraun IV pumps in virtually all of its Northern California facilities ignoring the FDA’s Nationwide Recall and numerous incidents and issues reported by Kaiser Nurses.
