If you are not a member of our Action Team, would you like to become one?
- Done that already and would like to give the opportunity to other staff.
- I have begged Pedro for 3 years to a member of the action team and have been told no each time.
- I like the role, but I don’t think I would like that it is a special group and people are compared or favored.
- Opportunity for education and training is welcome.
- I want to feel more comfortable w/ my environment. I’m now getting used to where supplies are, so I need a bit more time.
- After I an comfortable in the flow of Kaiser morse.
- If proper training was provided I would consider it. And we would have to have the opportunity to be that role after training so we don’t forget or feel uncomfortable.
- No I did this at other kaisers and did not enjoy the role.
- It’s not my priority and I don’t feel it will make a difference in my practice.
- I’d like to learn but I not sure in my ability to Navigate an emergency on the floor without back up of the icu.
- I would like to grow my practice in this way.
- Pls consider excellent and efficient nurses in these roles. We are not all the same.
