If you are a Member of our Action Team, do you have any objection to providing an opportunity to other nurses to learn applicable workflow and periodically perform in a role of Action Team RN?
- No one should object to providing an opportunity to other nurses to learn and to perform in a role that should be available to all nurses.
- If the nurse is willing to do ATRN then , they should give that nurse an opportunity.
- If at all, I have no objection, all lCU members should periodically perform in a role of Action Team regardless.
- I’m only back up action nurse and i am okay with that not having assigned nights on me.
- Start by asking who is willing to be train first.
- Question is leading, Again learning Action role and being capable are two different things.
