Rationale:
The purpose of the Survey Questions # 16 and 17 is to assess how many members of our current Action Team nurses have completed this survey, and who of our Non-Action Team ICU nurses has a desire to perform in a role of Action Team RN. To achieve this goal, the Union has added the following question to the Survey (Question # 16):

Statistical Analysis: The Union has verified and confirms that 18 (eighteen) of our current Action Team nurses have completed this survey. Currently, according to the most current listing provided to the Union, our Action Team has 28 (twenty eight) nurses in total including one Charge Nurse whose main duty is to be a Charge Nurse. 18 out of total 28 translates to approximately 64%, representing significant majority of our current Action Team members.
Conclusion: In addition to reflecting the opinions of vast majority of our ICU nurses, the results of this survey also include the opinions of significant majority of our current Action Team nurses.
