Rationale:
The purpose of the Survey Questions # 16 and 17 is to assess who of our Non-Action Team ICU nurses has a desire to perform in a role of Action Team RN. To achieve this goal, the Union has added the following question to the Survey (Question # 17):
If you are not a member of our Action Team, would you like to become one?

Choices | Response % | Response Count |
Yes | 20.72 % | 23 |
No | 38.74 % | 43 |
Maybe | 24.32 % | 27 |
Not Applicable. I am a member of our Action Team | 16.22 % | 18 |

Statistical Analysis: The survey results clearly demonstrate that between 15.90% and 25.54% of our ICU nurses desire to join our ICU Action Team (Confidence level=99%; MOE=4.82%; p-score=0.2072), and between 19.22% and 29.42% of our ICU nurses are thinking about joining our Action Team (Confidence Level=99%; MOE=5.10%; p-score=0.2432). Between 32.95% and 44.53% of our ICU nurses have no desire to perform in a role of Action Team RN (Confidence Level=99%; MOE=5.79; p-score=0.3874).
Conclusion: This result provides strong evidence that many but not all of our ICU nurses have a desire and/or considering to be part of our Action Team.
