Rationale:
The purpose of the Survey Question # 21 is to determine if any of our current Action Team nurses have any legitimate objection to providing an opportunity to other ICU nurses to learn the applicable workflow and to periodically perform in a role of Action Team RN. The Union has added this question to the Survey to consider and address all legitimate concerns of any our current Action Team nurses. Here is the question:
If you are a Member of our Action Team, do you have any objection to providing an opportunity to other nurses to learn applicable workflow and periodically perform in a role of Action Team RN?
